Your Order: Finality and Changes

Once an order enters our system, it is locked and cannot be modified or cancelled. Selecting the correct model and color at the time of purchase is essential, as no adjustments are possible afterward. If you realize a change is needed, contact us right away. However, the moment our warehouse begins processing your order, any alteration becomes impossible. Orders that have reached the packing or shipping stage are final and cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Your Costs: Shipping, Taxes, and Bank Fees

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your package and where it is being delivered. For all international orders, you are the party responsible for any customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These import fees are set by your local customs office and are not covered by Tardyslow. Before ordering, you should also verify your local postal regulations for any restricted items, as Tardyslow cannot be held liable for parcels that are refused entry into your country.

Regarding payment, while our storefront may display prices in your local currency, the checkout process is conducted entirely in USD. All transactions are processed through Paypal or Stripe. If your credit card account uses a currency other than USD, your bank may apply its own exchange rate and potentially add a foreign transaction fee. Tardyslow has no control over or responsibility for these charges determined by your financial institution.

Your Responsibility: Tracking and Customs

As the receiver, you bear the sole responsibility for monitoring your shipment’s progress and for submitting any required documentation or information to customs authorities or the courier. If a delivery fails or a package is returned to us because you did not follow up, provide necessary details, or respond to notifications, we are unable to offer a free refund or replacement. In such a case, a new order must be placed. Be aware that local customs procedures may also require extra documents and time to clear your package, which can extend the delivery timeline.

Our Process: From Warehouse to Shipment

All orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our warehouse in China. You should anticipate that processing times may be extended during holiday periods and sale seasons. After your purchase has been shipped, a confirmation email containing your tracking information will be sent to you, allowing you to follow your shipment’s journey.

Delivery Details

Your order will be delivered by either your local post office or a courier service, and in many areas, it will arrive with your regular mail. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the postal service may leave a notice card with instructions on how and where to collect your package.
